The
K-140M-1to K-950M-1 are industrial solid
fuelcentral heating boilers that can be
supplied withautomated fuel supply and
automatic deashing.They can be used to
heat large or multipledwellings, commercial
premises or to heat waterfor any purpose.
The
equipment can work automatically withminimal
supervision and maintenance. They havebeen
designed to fire a wide range of fuelsincluding
wood pellets, peat pellets, grain or grainwaste,
sunflower seeds and saw dust or woodchips.
Fuel with chips up to 50mm long and up
to50% moisture content can be used.
The
M-1 series boilers are moving grate shell
anddrum type boilers with fire tubes. On
the frontside of the double walls of combustion
chamberthere are large servicing doors.
Fuel is suppliedonto moving grate through
the hole in the rear ofthe boiler via an
automatic delivery system. At theend of
the fire grate there is a channel with
an auger transporter which carries out
the automaticdeashing.Combustion takes
place
on the moving grate. Thewalls of the combustion
chamber are layered withheat resistant
bricks which surround and arch overthe
fire grate to enable optimal combustion.
